Hey Folks,
Remember we have posted the AllyBox design concept pictures beforehand?
After many sleepless nights and hard-working effort, we’ve come up with this Ally box which is supposed to be the next generation of AirAlly.
However, it has failed within our internal product and marketing scrutiny for several reasons.
1) The size of this AllyBox is way too larger than a 27000mAh power bank. It just too bulky to carry, inconvenience in everyday usage, against the principle of portable design concept. It’s ridiculous to carrying this Ally Box instead of 3 cables and 1 power bank, because much space is saved.
2) According to reliable market information that iPhone 12 is going to shift to using a brand new magnetic wireless charging standard. A groundbreaking way of wireless charging. Thus, AllyBox’s wireless charging system will become obsolete in no time.

3) We aim to support wireless charging at the Apple Pencil holding dock, but failed eventually. Apple didn’t approve this function. And hence, this pencil dock is a redundant and useless design.
This problem lingering for persistently, we had no choice but kept developing, nonetheless, we can’t accept such outcome, although we had invested heavily in this project.
We here at Ego Innovation are always striving to provide the best to our customers, and no compromise or cut corner strategy is allowed if it’s not good, then we would accept the facts. Especially when customers had no direct hands on experience on the real product, but just shop online.
Therefore, with great courage and a sense of responsibility, we decided to abandon it completely. Sorry for any disappointment arisen from such a decision. We have sold out this project to other company.
We of course won’t stop here and do nothing.
A more compact and powerful newer version has been underway in development.
More importantly, it will match and in sync with iPhone 12 and Watch 6 new wireless charging system.

About the delayed shipping issues.
1) About mal-function products, customers goods been sent out to whom had agreed with our terms, and the tracking number should received as well. If not, please your junk mailbox.
For those who are not willing to return the goods to us, even though we had provided some offering, which make us impossible to check the goods conditions before making further support, are still stucked there.
2) For Mailed wrong orders or colors, goods will send out soon.
3) For those who still awaiting the parcels, we all know the Covid-19 impact on global logistics still lingering, just nothing can be done. It’s because most remote countries are still not fully functioning yet.
If don’t believe in our explanation, you can make any courier company to correct your goods in our Hong Kong office, you’re welcome to do so.
Alternatively, you can choose to change address to ship to USA, we’ll collect all info’s later, and shipping out thereafter. In fact, some had provided.
Last but not least, we hope this pandemic could over soon, and everything back to normal.

We are thrilled to announce customer delivery been finished for 95%.
The development of second generation of AirAlly is undertaken continuously.
The following is about some recent customer issues and the summary
as below;
1. Regarding there are still a small number of customers who still waiting for their parcels
A small number of customer, (120 out of 2,700, approximate ) due to their respective customs countries policy, as well as the impact of this Covid-19 pandemic, halted a lot transfer station around the globe. Those affected countries are in remote regions.
We’ve keep monitoring the latest development constantly and asking our backers for alternative ways, nonetheless, no possible and legal allowed solution been found.
Shipping will restart once the situation is allowed.
In the meanwhile, we provide two alternatives for those who wish to speed up;
1) Customers are allowed to change their delivery address either to Hong Kong or United States. (These two countries are unaffected with guarantee.)
2) Backers can arrange courier to our Hong Kong office to collect the parcel. We will pay the freight cost that you have paid us previously, or refund your shipping fee.
